My journey began over 8 years ago writing code in Takoradi. Early on, I realized that while African tech talent has boundless curiosity, opportunities often felt confined to capital cities or foreign offshore centers.
Rather than relocating or working purely in isolation, I founded CodeCraft LTD to tackle high-complexity engineering contracts, enterprise SaaS, and payment pipelines for clients across the continent and globally. Simultaneously, I threw my energy into organizing Barcamp Takoradi and mentoring through the GhanaThink Foundation.
Today, I split my time between architecting mission-critical distributed systems, advising early-stage startups, running weekly meetups, and recording conversations on The Build & Bridge Podcast.
